Every Patient is Seen & Evaluated by Board Certified Physicians

We offer services including acute illness and injury treatment, prescriptions, TB/PPD testing, x – rays, checkups, lab testing, wound repair, travel medicine, DOT/CDL, School, Work, Driver License physicals, Immigration physicals and employer services. We offer extended hours, 7 days a week.

Our Flat Rates:

Doctor’s visit: $100 (includes Doctor’s Visit + One Diagnostic Test + One Antibiotic Dispensed) (tests include Rapid Strep, Mono, Covid)

If you want additional tests, they cost $20 per test.

Procedures like laceration repair, incision and drainage: $150

PPD test: $70

Drivers license: $70

DOT Physical: $125

School Physical: $ 70

College Physical: $100

Work Physical: $100

Yellow Fever Vaccine: $280 with International Certification
