DOT Physicals
Dr.Paul Kattupalli is certified to do DOT physicals with his own national registry number. Walk in any time during our work hours to get your DOT Certificate. He is also a Medical Review Officer, if you need a DOT Drug Screen.

DOT Physical: $90 (includes Physical Examination, Urine dipstick, Vision Test)
