Serving Jesus through Serving Our Community

Dr.Paul Kattupalli derives his philosophy of service from Jesus’ parable of Good Samaritan told in the Gospel of Luke. The parable is about an unfortunate individual who is beaten, robbed and left to die in a miserable state along the roadside. People who went by, first a priest and then a Levite, just ignored him and walked away. Then, a Samaritan walks along the way, sees the injured man, bandages his wounds, puts him on a donkey and takes care of him in an inn with his own money. This story of sacrificial love towards an unknown, unrelated stranger strongly influences Dr.Paul’s method of medical service. That is what Jesus Christ did for us. He loved us while we are dead in our sins; He died for our sins to redeem us and then He rose again from the dead to give us hope for the future and eternal life. What a joy and comfort to our hearts to remember the promises of our Lord and Savior Jesus as we live through this age of uncertainty and despair! Dr.Paul wanted to follow Jesus’ example of community service. When he graduated from high school at the top of his class with a gold medal in science and mathematics, he decided to go to medical school, to learn modern medicine and then to use it in the service of people. He authored two medical books and his medical lectures are watched over two million times on the internet. His medical lectures on Youtube channel has over 18000 subscribers.
