Drug & Alcohol Testing

Respirator Mask Fit Testing 

OSHA now requires employers to fit test their workers who must wear respirators on the job. A respirator can’t protect your worker if it doesn’t fit his or her face. Now, you can get fit testing in our clinic 6 days a week at your convenience.

DOT Physical Process

For companies with many drivers, we provide efficient and comprehensive reporting to your designated employer representative. We minimize wait times for your drivers, and can even provide on-site services.

Come prepared. If you wear eyeglasses, contact lenses, and/or a hearing aid, make sure to bring them along. In addition, have a list of any medications you take, along with the contact information for the doctor who prescribed them. You can also download the complete the Driver sections of the Medical Examiner’s Certification Form. Remember to sign and date the form.

Our certified examiner will review your medical history, perform a physical exam and issue you a certification on the spot. 

Employee Vaccinations

We will educate your employee and help assure them that contrary to some beliefs, vaccinations are not painful nor do they cause the sickness they are intended to help your body fight. Please encourage your employees to get vaccinated at Dr.Paul’s Clinic.

Dr.Paul’s Clinic offers the following employee vaccinations:

Influenza – A simple flu shot will protect you from influenza and other related diseases. 

Pneumonia – This vaccine protects against pneumonia. 

Hepatitis B – The OSHA requires that Employers offer Hepatitis B vaccinations to any employees who perform tasks that may involve exposure to blood or body fluids. Dr.Paul’s Clinic offers the 3-dose series.

Tetanus (Tdap) – Any workers in contact with soil, sewage or domestic animals should be vaccinated for tetanus. The Tdap vaccine protects against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis.

MMR – Protect against measles, mumps, and rubella.

MRO Services: Dr.Paul Kattupalli is a certified Medical Review Officer. In all federal urine and blood drug testing, an MRO should review the test results

TB (PPD) – The purified protein derivative (PPD) skin test helps determine if you suffer from tuberculousis. TB is a highly contagious disease and workers at increased risk of coming into contact with the bacteria must be routinely screened.

QuantiFERON-TB Gold – We are one of the few labs in Pennsylvania to offer quantiFERON-TB Gold test, the most sensitive test to detect tuberculosis.
