SUBOXONE AND VIVITROL PROGRAM FOR OPIOID DEPENDENCE

Every one who wants to join in suboxone program should come for a screening visit. We check Liver Function Tests and take your history and do a physical examination. If we think you are suitable for our program, we will offer you a spot.
The following instructions must be followed by all patients who receive any
controlled medications from our clinic:

1. Take medication only as prescribed
2. Do not share it or sell it to anyone
3. Keep it in a safe locker away from children and others
4. Do not mix it with alcohol, controlled drugs or illicit drugs
5. Not following these instructions can cause complications like body injury, respiratory depression and even death

6. Every one should go to Drug & Alcohol Counseling.

7. Every one should get urine drug screen before our doctor prescribes the medication.

VIVITROL INJECTION: 

Dr.Kattupalli advises vivitrol injection to every one struggling with opioid or/and alcohol dependence.

This is a once a month injection.

Dr.Paul Kattupalli personally administers this injection.

You should get a Liver Function Test before starting you on injections.

A urine drug screen is needed before we give the injection.
